How long does a gemstone take?
Precision cutting usually takes 5â10 hours. The current queue is usually 2â4 weeks.
What can I choose?
Natural or lab-grown gemstones; gold or platinum. Current gold colors are yellow, white, green, and pink. Current gold range is 5ktâ24kt.
Who sets the stones?
On classic settings, expert melee setters place accent stones. Rana sets the center stone.
Can custom work be returned?
Custom and made-to-order work is non-refundable. Other current returns carry a 10% restocking fee and must be shipped back within 72 hours.

How does a consultation work?
The current live consultation is $30, non-refundable, reschedulable within three months, and credited toward the order.
